L. David McBride
L. David McBride is founder and president of McBride & Associates, P. C. where he practices in estate planning, trusts and wills, business planning, probate, and bankruptcy. Mr. McBride took his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He has studied law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and at Queen’s College, Oxford, England.
During his legal education, Mr. McBride was honored with numerous scholarly awards for his academic achievements and his superb legal writing skills including the Harry Alley-Leroy Allen Prize, the Frank C. Love Memorial Scholarship, ASCAP/Nathan Burken Memorial Prize, and the American Jurisprudence Award for International Law. He was also a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and served as an editor.
Over the last 27+ years his skills and expertise have been in high demand for both his clients and other attorneys alike. He regularly speaks to church and civic groups on trusts and estate planning. He also teaches educational seminars in probate and estate planning to other attorneys and legal professionals. He is a long-time resident of Edmond.
Karina R. Lueck
Karina R. Lueck practices primarily in Employment Law, Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Probate Law. Ms. Lueck is licensed to practice in the Western and Eastern Districts of the Oklahoma Federal Courts. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2022, and she received her undergraduate degree in Criminology from the University of Oklahoma in 2019.
During her legal career, Ms. Lueck has had the opportunity to represent clients for wrongful termination under Title VII, the Americans with Disability Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and more. She currently practices in the areas of Employment Law, Estate Planning, Business Planning, Probate. Ms. Lueck has a passion for helping individuals who have been wrongfully terminated, and protecting the rights of employees who are victims of discrimination and harassment. Additionally, Ms. Lueck is committed to delivering customized, caring, and assertive representation for individuals, families, and businesses. Ms. Lueck is a professionally involved member in the Women in Law Section, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section, Labor and Employment Law Section, and serves on the Legislative Monitoring Committee within the Oklahoma Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Teresa D. Gerber
Teresa D. Gerber has been practicing law since 2007, after earning her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. With nearly two decades of experience, she is known for her practical approach, clear communication, and commitment to guiding clients through complex legal matters with confidence and care. Ms. Gerber currently focuses her practice on the areas of Bankruptcy and Estate Planning.
Balancing a busy legal practice and raising three children, Ms. Gerber brings both determination and empathy to her work. She understands that legal challenges can be personal, and she takes pride in offering thoughtful, tailored solutions for every client she serves.
When she's not in the office, Ms. Gerber enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her community.

MJ, with more than 10 years of serving Clients, can confidently say she is doing exactly what she loves to do! Her varied professional experience includes Family Law, Probate, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning and Business Planning. In her free time she enjoys reading crime/thriller fiction, the great outdoors and her husband and two adorable sons.
Brooke L. Bethel
With more than 10 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Brooke L. Bethel encompasses a broad range of legal specialties including Estate Planning, Probate, Bankruptcy, Business Planning, Elder Law, and Family Law. Brooke also comes with a background in mental health—more specifically behavioral therapy. During this time, Brooke provided therapy to children with autism. In Brooke’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching true crime documentaries, and chasing her toddler around the house.
